Shipping Policy
Your box is made when you order it and travels on a calm, predictable rhythm. Here's exactly what to expect — written plainly, like everything else at aeon.

Where we ship
aeon ships within the United States only, to street and PO Box addresses served by USPS and major carriers. We don't currently ship internationally or to U.S. territories.
When your first box leaves
Each box is prepared to order — your consumables are filled and sealed when you order them, not pulled from a warehouse shelf where they've been sitting. Preparation typically takes 2–5 business days, and transit another 3–7 business days depending on where you are. Most first boxes arrive within 5–12 business days of ordering.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your box ships. If a tracking email hasn't arrived within 6 business days of your order, write to support@aeonlongevity.co and we'll chase it down.
The monthly rhythm
After your first box, renewals bill and ship on a monthly cycle from your join date. We send a reminder before every charge, and each renewal box follows the same preparation-and-transit timeline above — so it arrives as the previous month runs out, not weeks after.
Shipping cost
Shipping within the U.S. is included in your membership price. There are no separate shipping charges at checkout and none on renewals.
Changing your address
Update your shipping address any time from your account. Changes made before a renewal is prepared apply to that shipment; if a box has already been prepared or shipped, the change applies from the following month.
Damaged, wrong, or lost shipments
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, or doesn't arrive at all, email support@aeonlongevity.co within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund it — no return needed. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Carrier delays
Occasionally a carrier runs behind — weather, holidays, the usual. If your tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, get in touch and we'll take it from there. You'll never be left refreshing a tracking page alone.
